THE FOODHALL [FORMER Bosch-Siemens-Pitsos]
The ambitious investment program of the Sklavenitis Group focuses on creating the largest gastronomy, entertainment, and culture complex in Greece. The FoodHall in Rentis area, to be hosted on the premises of the former Pitsos factory, constitutes a landmark project with a budget exceeding 150 million euros.

The exhibition spaces of the FoodHall will cover 50,000 sq.m. and will include The Food Market, a 16,000 sq.m. hypermarket forming the commercial heart of the complex, combining a wide product range with a Small Producers' Market to promote local production. In the Food Court, a dining area featuring 25 restaurants and cafes, rich culinary options for every taste will be offered.

A multi-story building will house three restaurants, conference rooms, and a playground, catering to both professional and family needs. The cultural events venue will span 3,000 sq.m. and will host events, exhibitions, and cultural activities, while a 1,000 sq.m. training hall will be dedicated to educational programs and activities.

Facilities geared towards children include an outdoor playground as well as indoor play areas.

To serve visitors, a parking facility with 1,400 parking spaces and open-air seating areas is planned.

Located at the intersection of Petrou Ralli and Kifisou Avenues, The FoodHall is expected to attract over 20,000 Greek and international visitors daily and will create more than 1,200 new jobs, radically upgrading the wider area.
